Absentee ballots begin mailing to those who submitted application for mail-in voting.

- South Strand Recreation Center, 9650 Scipio Lane, Myrtle Beach – open 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Carolina Forest Library, 2250 Carolina Forest Blvd, Carolina Forest – open 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
