Invited speakers this month: Orton Bellamy, Harold Phillips, Lee Sherman – the three Democratic candidates for Horry County Council District 7. This is a special election to replace James Frazier, a Democrat who held the seat for 35 years. The primary is Tuesday, May 17; the special election is Tuesday, July 5. District 7 includes precincts in Conway and Bucksport.
