January 21, 2019 @ 11:00 am1:00 pm EST

The Carolina African American Heritage Foundation

and the community is deeply saddened by the events that happened in Pittsburgh

We offer our condolences to the Jewish community and the families of those impacted by the tragic shooting.

Horry County is uniting and praying for Pittsburgh,

Squirrel Hill’s Tree of Life Synagogue and America!

The City of Myrtle Beach, The Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and many of our churches, leaders, businesses and agencies have taken the lead to make Dr. King’s vision of a “United-People” become a reality in our community.

The coalition and week-long events have a specific purpose to bring our community together to understand one another, learn from each other and encourage, strengthen and provide opportunities and resources for each other.

Together, on Monday January 21, 2019, we are honoring those that has and are daily sacrificing for our safety and well being (for the Awards Ceremony). Then the Entire “Great” Grand Strand will line the streets and Lock Arms in Great-Numbers of Unity on Ocean Blvd for the Annual Parade.
