Apr 27 (Last Thursday) – North Strand Democrats, 5pm. North Myrtle Beach Library. Topic: Sharon Beaty and Linda Studds from the Rape Crisis Center will present and touch on the work that they do at the center. Concern regarding rape that results in pregnancy and how they have to be aware of the current legislative action in Columbia regarding repressing abortion. Discussion to follow the presentation on the current legislation in Columbia. Visitors are encouraged to attend this informative and very relevant program.
