For the People, Not the Power—District 56 First.

About the Candidate

Jacqualyn “Jackee” Meadow is a lifelong educator, coach, leadership consultant, and community advocate dedicated to putting people first and delivering real results for Horry County.

Raised by two educators, Jackee learned early that strong leadership and access to opportunity can transform lives. Nearly 30 years ago, her family made the Grand Strand their home, giving her a front-row seat to the rapid growth and evolution of Horry County. From expanding schools and infrastructure to thriving businesses and vibrant communities, she understands both the opportunities and the challenges that come with that growth.

A proven, solution-driven leader, Jackee is the Founder and CEO of Coachability360, where she has worked across collegiate athletics, nonprofit organizations, and the business sector to build high-performing teams and empower individuals to succeed. Her career has been defined by helping people grow, strengthening organizations, and delivering measurable results.

Jackee is running for the South Carolina House of Representatives, District 56, with a clear mission: to move the district forward through responsible leadership that manages growth, strengthens communities, and prioritizes the needs of residents.

She believes Horry County deserves leadership that is present, practical, and principled—focused on solutions, not politics. Jackee is committed to ensuring that families, seniors, veterans, and working residents have a strong voice and access to the resources they need to thrive.
