Unity Church in Surfside, SC will be hosting a “Stand Up for DACA Students Forum” on Thursday, January 11, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. The forum will be led by South Carolina House of Representatives candidate, Robin Gause (Seat 106). The host pastor, Reverend Margaret Hiller, would like to invite clergy members, DACA students, and all supportive community residents.
The mission of the forum is to bring together community leaders and residents who wish to advocate for change and to speak out about inequality and injustice. Mal Hyman (District 7), United State House of Representative candidate, will be in attendance to discuss community issues.
