The Horry County Democratic Party will hold its County Convention on Saturday, March 19, 2016. County officers for 2016-18 will elected and delegates to the South Carolina Democratic Party convention on April 30 will be chosen.
“Serving as a county party official is an honor and a great responsibility,” says HCDP Chair Joan Furlong. “Volunteers can use their proven talents and learn new skills while working as part of a county-wide team to support HCDP.”
The county convention will feature remarks by elected officials and candidates for office. It will be held at the Academy for Technology & Academics, 5639 Hwy 701 N, Conway, SC 29526
Doors open at 1:00 pm and proceedings start at 2:00 pm.
