HCDP has been collecting new and gently used books for the past couple of months and the time has come to bring the book fair to a close. During the final 2 weeks we have lowered the price to $1 each. That’s $1 for hardcover or paperback!
The Book Fair is usually part of our annual SHORE Dinner fundraising event, which, unfortunately, had to be cancelled so this year we made it a stand alone event.
Thanks to our generous donors we have collected over 700 books!. With that many books, there’s bound to be something of interest for everyone.
The list includes novels by best-selling authors like John Grisham, Lee Child, Clive Cussler, Patricia Cornwell and James Patterson. We also have books for children as well as gardening, biographies and other non-fiction titles.
And yes, we have cookbooks!
If you are interested in purchasing books, cash or check, made payable to HCDP, will be accepted. No credit cards.
To see what titles are available, click here. Then contact Cathy at cath26@gmail.com to let her know what book(s) you want. Cathy will then arrange payment and pick up in her garage.
Do not call the HCDP office in Conway to find out which books are available or to arrange pick up.
