HCDP’s Gun Sense Action Committee sponsored a rally Sunday, Oct. 30, on Oak Street across from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, where the Myrtle Beach Gun Show was taking place.
In addition to committee members, two representatives of the MOMs organization participated, as demonstrators explained our position that background checks need to be strengthened against open carry and the city’s continued support and encouragement of gun sales.
A number of individuals in vehicles showed support for the rally as they passed by.
