7th CD Candidate Mal Hyman Releases New Video
Democratic candidate Mal Hyman has released a new four-minute video to underscore his campaign theme of “Common Sense for the Common Good.” Hyman, a professor of sociology and political science at Coker College in Hartsville in Darlington County, is challenging Republican incumbent Tom Rice of Myrtle Beach for the S.C. 7th Congressional District seat in Congress.
“I am running for Congress because I believe Congress has a responsibility to invest in America to create more jobs, opportunity, and security,” says Hyman. “I believe that every person in South Carolina has the right to be fully and equally represented in the eyes of the nation.”
